The design duo behind Dokter and Misses (Adriaan Hugo and Katy Taplin) have joined forces with designer Joe Paine in opening their flagship store of the same name at 44 Stanley, Milpark Johannesburg. Stocking a diverse range of locally designed products from furniture, clothing, jewellery and accessories, packaging, ceramics and garden pots by Adriaan Hugo, Dokter and Misses, me and joe, Joe, Margaret Hugo and Smitten. The Dokter and Misses store is Johannesburg’s exclusive outlet for hot new shoes, Paez, from Buenos Aires.
I love their work, and I suggest that if you’re in the area next week Thursday evening, you stop by, and check it out. So upset that I can’t make it, but I’m sure its going to be a raging success!
